Great stay on the second night here! It was really affordable, had everything I needed, and the hot shower was top-notch! 🚿

Had 2 days in Masham, spending my time here lovely. All the staff was hard-working, tackled my issues. The room was well-equipped and a nice size and come with coffee and tea making facilities, and under-floor heating.

This place has a fabulous setting and a stylish restaurant with friendly staff serving delicious food in a beautiful area.

The location in a very pleasant area was stunning. The restaurant was stylish for the bar and restaurant, I tried amazing dishes.

The breakfast had a decent selection including soya milk, and the staff were extremely friendly throughout my stay. Rewritten: the breakfast choices were good, with options like soya milk, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming during my entire visit.

I expected the room to be in the hotel but it was in a newly built annex, which I liked, with the convenience of meals in the pub. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in a hotel and the views from the outdoor seating area were beautiful.

Whenever we opened our window, as we were overlooking an unfinished bit of building land, we were inundated with flies but once the plot is finished that should be cured.

I really enjoyed my one night at Black Swan Inn. Everything was perfect, including the good wifi. - the hotel's location was great and unbeatable. - It is situated in a beautiful area with gift shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

The accommodation was very nice & spacious.It was also very quiet,not much to do.

Not much to if your not a drinker.

The location here is beautiful, situated overlooking the valley, in a lovely area; the standard queen room exudes luxury and style, with a comfortable bed and impeccably clean bathroom.

We enjoyed the room and its facilities and the very pleasant staff.

It lacked what we would regard as comfortable lounge facilities.

The room had an excellent large comfortable bed. the breakfast served was sensational with smoked salmon. - the hotel's location was nice and unbeatable in the outside grassed garden.

The room was modern, clean and well equiped. The pub was in a good location for exploring the Countryside/Yorkshire Dales.

The view was spoilt by a Caravan site which is situated directly to the rear of the pub. We were dissapointed to note this had not been mentioned on the website or brochures.At night time the beer garden was over run by children from the site. Finding a parking space was also a problem.

the location is amazing, right next to the bar, restaurant, local pubs, and farms. the staff is efficient and extremely friendly, making our stay really nice. 3. the breakfast is sensational, with options for main meals and soya milk for coffee.
